PUBLIC WORKS PERMITS
CONSTRUCTION & EXCAVATION PERMITS
Requests​ for utility installations, modifications, material storage, or traffic control within the Public Right-of-way.
Permit applications must be submitted online through the City's "Permit Portal" (link below). 

AS-BUILTS and RECORD DRAWING REQUESTS:

1) Download Request Form here: Request Form
2) Fill out contact information, specify project location, and sign the form at the bottom.
3) Submit signed form by email to: publicworks@santafesprings.org

The Public Works Department will process requests in the order they are received. Fee amount is disclosed at the bottom of the Request Form. Due to staff shortage, please allow for longer response times. Please do not attempt to pay fee unless notified by City Staff. Fees must be paid before any electronic copies can be sent.
