PUBLIC WORKS PERMITS

CONSTRUCTION & EXCAVATION PERMITS
Requests​ for utility installations, modifications, material storage, or traffic control within the Public Right-of-way.
Permit applications must be submitted online through the City's "Permit Portal" (link below).

AS-BUILTS and RECORD DRAWING REQUESTS:
 
In order to process requests for As-Builts and Record Drawings, please refer to our City Index Map located here: AS-BUILT INDEX MAP. 
Please take note of the alphanumeric index number located at the top left corner of each grid box.
(example: The intersection of Telegraph Road & Pioneer Blvd is located at index number "C6")
Place the corresponding index numbers for your Project Location, on the Request Form.

Fill out and sign the form, then submit by email to: publicworks@santafesprings.org
We will process requests in the order it was received and notify you with information on how to proceed. Associated Fee amount is listed on the form.

Please do not attempt to pay for fee unless first notified by City Staff.

Important Note:
Please be advised that the City of Santa Fe Springs is not responsible for the accuracy of Privately Owned Utilities, or infrastructure owned and maintained by other Utility Owners.
The Public Works Department records will only be for Public Facilities and City Owned infrastructure within the Public Right of Way.
"Private Property" Information is not available from our office.
