The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) was signed into Lay by Present Trump with an effective date of April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.  The Act includes an Emergency Family and Medical Leave Expansion and Emergency Paid Sick Leave.

To request emergency paid sick leave as provided under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, please complete the Request for Emergency Leave and submit to your manager of the human resources department as soon as possible before commences.
