Join an organization that shares the Library's vision of public education and information -- join the Friends of the Library!

The Friends of the Santa Fe Springs City Library is a group of individuals dedicated to quality Library services. Founded in 1961, the Friends sponsor artists' receptions, volunteer for First Friday events, Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) and support the Summer Reading Program. Their Book Sale shelf in the Library lobby helps to raise money for Library programs and materials.

The Friends meet on the First Friday of the month, October through June at 5:30 p.m. in the Library. Dues are $10 per year for an indiviual, $20 per year for an organization. Please come and bring a "Friend." For more information call the library at (562) 868-7738.
