Ivy M. Tsai joined the City of Santa Fe Springs from the law firm of Jones & Mayer where she has served as an attorney to cities since 2004. Ms. Tsai currently serves as the General Counsel to the Gateway Cities Council of Governments. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. She also received her law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2002. Her family came to the United States when she was a very young child and she is the first of her family to be raised in America. Ms. Tsai is very excited to be a part of the City staff and eager to serve the residents of Santa Fe Springs.
