Annette Rodriguez, Councilmember
Annette Rodriguez is serving her second term on the City Council since first being elected in November of 2018. Annette was appointed to Mayor in 2022. Councilmember Rodriguez has been involved in many community organizations as well as serving on a variety of committees. She has served on the Safe Neighborhood Team, Family and Human Services Committee, and was selected as President of the Santa Fe Springs Women’s Club.
She is also an Executive Board Member for the Los Angeles Centers for Alcohol and Drug Abuse. Annette has also participated in a variety of community volunteer programs, which include: Santa Fe High School's Mentor Program, Ambassador to the Santa Fe Springs Chamber of Commerce and member of Soroptimist, focusing on women and girls. In 2002, Councilmember Rodriguez was awarded Citizen of the Year by the Santa Fe Springs Chamber of Commerce. Annette has a college education in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources and Management. Councilmember Rodriguez has been married to her husband Tomas for 35 years. Together they have two adult children and five grandchildren.

William K. Rounds, Councilmember
Councilmember William (Bill) Rounds is serving his fourth term since being elected to the City Council in November 2007. He served as Mayor in 2012, 2017 and 2020. During his tenure as Councilmember, Bill has served as liaison to the Parks & Recreation Committee, Christmas Home Decorating Contest, Safe Neighborhood Team, as well as the Budget Review City Council Subcommittee, among other appointments.
Bill was born in Concord, Massachusetts and moved to Santa Fe Springs with his parents in 1951. Councilmember Rounds attended local schools and graduated from Santa Fe High School in 1968. Bill has served as a Santa Fe Springs Planning Commissioner for 11 years. He has been an active member of multiple committees including Parks & Recreation, Santa Float, Rose Parade Float, Safe Neighborhood Team and 60th Anniversary Celebration Committee. Councilmember Rounds was also a former coach and Board Member for the Metropolitan Little League. In 2014, Bill retired after working 41 years as a supervisor with the LACSD in the Field Engineering Department. Bill and his wife, Jennifer, have four adult children and nine grandchildren.

Joe Angel Zamora, Councilmember
Joe Angel Zamora is a life-long resident of Santa Fe Springs and serving his second term on the City Council since first being elected in 2015. Joe Angel was appointed to Mayor Pro Tem in 2022. Councilmember Zamora has been involved in the community for several years through his church, in the City's sports programs, as a coach for Santa Fe High School, and as a participant in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. Joe Angel has been a member of the City's Parks and Recreation Committee, has participated in the City's Christmas Float Program, and served as a Planning Commissioner.
