Conditional Use Permit (CUP) Renewal/Inspection
If you currently hold a Conditional Use Permit for the operation and maintenance of your business or facility and are due for renewal the following will need to be submitted one month prior to the expiration of your permit:

• Formal Letter with Company letter head requesting review for Compliance
• Processing fee
