Where can I renew my driving license?
You can renew your driver's license at the California Department of Motor Vehicles.  The Whittier branch is the closest DMV office to provide service for the City.  You can contact them at (800) 777-0133.

Where can I get help with my car registration?
You can renew your driver's license at the California Department of Motor Vehicles.  The Whittier branch is the closest DMV office to provide service for the City.  You can contact them at (800) 777-0133.

If you are a AAA member, you can get assistance with your car registration at your local AAA office.  The closet AAA office is located in Whittier.  The phone number is (562) 698-3721.

Where do I send the fee for my parking citation?


Payment may be made by mail and no further action is required. Place a check or money order made payable to Santa Fe Springs Parking Administration for the amount indicated and mail in the provided envelope to:

                        P.O. Box 25120

                        Santa Ana, CA 92799-5120

 

Do not send cash. Be sure to write your citation number on your check or money order. Failure to respond to this notice within twenty-one (21) days will result in a penalty increase and/or a DMV registration hold. The registered owner is responsible for paying the parking fine. In an appeal hearing is desired, request must be made within twenty-one (21) days. Penalty is due prior to the hearing. To obtain a hearing date call: 1 (800) 273-6488.

 

Abandoned or Inoperable Vehicles
Abandoned or inoperable vehicles either on private property or on a public street is handled trough the Police Services Center. Please contact the Police Services Center at (562) 409-1850 for more information.
