To use the City's Online Service Request system, find the Frequently Asked Question that is most relevant to your request. If there is a link to a Online Service Request form, click on the link. If not, use the link at the bottom of each category to send us a General Request.

These "FAQs" are based on the questions most often asked of Santa Fe Springs' service staff. You can use this guide to find answers to your questions two ways:
