Here are a few things going on in the Library and the Community. Join us for some fun! 

  LEGO Mindstorms Robotics

Saturday, April 29
1 - 4 p.m.

Head to the Library to work in small groups to build and program a robot to do tasks such as move, avoid obstacles, follow a line, or shoot a basketball.

Admission is free. Space is limited - registration is required. This program is for children 10 and up. 

Teen Manga Club

Every Other Tuesday
Next meeting, March 28
3:30 - 4:30 p.m.

Come join us for fun with manga, anime, and other types of comic book-style drawing. We will also be featuring online anime films and episodes from your favorite anime series. Bring your sketches and your favorite mangas to share with other fans! 

This program is for ages 12-17.  
 

Laser Tag Blast Party

Friday, March 31
6 - 10 p.m.
Laser Quest, Fullerton

Join The Club as we head over to Laser Quest in Fullerton for some hide-and-seek and tag with a high-tech twist. Offering multi-level arenas with swirling fog, energetic music and fun waiting around every corner! Space is limited. Cost is $20 per person.

Sports Challenge Showdown

Friday, April 14
3:30 - 6:00 p.m.
Town Center Hall

The Club presents a first ever Sports Challenge Showdown featuring a scored series of competitive sports and obstacle courses for students of all ages. Compete in our Individual Strength, Agility and Speed Competitions for a chance to win achievement awards and score some sweet prizes.

Résumé Night

Wednesday, April 26
6 - 8 p.m.
Town Center Hall

Stop by The Club and join the T.E.E.N.S. program for our workshop focusing on the construction of a quality résumé to sell your knowledge, skills and abilities to potential employers. Attendees will sit down with a knowledgeable staff member and construct a personalized résumé to best reflect their skills and abilities.
