Notification of Holds and Overdue Items via E-mail

The Santa Fe Springs City Library is pleased to offer an e-mail notice option for our customers. At this time, only adult patrons can sign up for e-mail notification.

This allows customers to be notified by e-mail 3 days before items are due and of:

• Holds ready for pickup
• Overdue items on your library card
• Long overdue items, now considered lost on your library card

Please note that you will receive a pre-overdue notice 3 days before the item is due, and subsequent overdue notices.

Please make sure your e-mail address is current.

Once you have signed up for e-mail notices, please add santafesprings.org and downeylibrary.org to your senders list within your e-mail so that overdue and hold notices are not blocked or sent to your spam e-mail folder.
