How do I start water service?Residential Service: $75 deposit
Commercial Service: $150 deposit
Your deposit amount is required before your water service is started. You can pay that either with a credit card (everything except American Express) over the phone or you can pay in person. We will also need your billing information.
To pay over the phone, please call us at 562-868-0511 x7333 or may contact us through the Online Service Request system.
If you haven't used our Online Service Request system before, you will need to create an account to use this system. If you have any problems, please send us an e-mail at support@santafesprings.org.
To pay in person, come to City Hall at 11710 Telegraph Road, Monday thru Thursday between 7:30 am - 5:30 pm.
