Building

The Building Department is responsible for compliance with the City adopted Los Angeles County Building Codes in all RESIDENTIAL, INDUSTRIAL, and COMMERCIAL buildings and other structures within the City for:

  • All new construction
  • Remodeling or tenant improvements
  • Conversions, alterations or repairs
