Romandel, LLC

Romandel, LLC obtained approval by the Planning Commission for Development Plan Approval Case No. 909. The approval grants Romandel, LLC to develop a new 21,563 square foot concrete tilt-up industrial building on a 1.33-acre site, which is located at 9911 Romandel Avenue. The property is also located within the M-2, Heavy Manufacturing, Zone.




Overton Moore Properties

Overton Moore Properties is a commercial real estate firm that specializes in development, investment, management, and financial reporting for commercial properties in CA, AZ, and NV. The Planning Commission approved Development Plan Approval Case No. 911 to allow the construction of a 41,046 square foot building on 2-acres of a 3.94-acre property located at the southeast corner of Painter Avenue and Telegraph Road, behind ALDI supermarket. 



Chalmers Equity Group

Chalmers Equity Group is a company based out of Southern California that specializes in commercial and industrial real estate development. The Planning Commission approved Development Plan Approval Case Nos. 906-907. Development Plan Approval Case No. 906 allows the construction of a concrete tilt-up building at approximately 35,500 square feet (Building 1).  Development Plan Case No. 907 grants the construction of a concrete tilt-up building at approximately 13,500 square feet (Building 2).  The 2.30-acre site is located at 12070 Altamar Place & 9070 Dice Road, within the M-2, Heavy Manufacturing, Zone.




Bridge Development Partners, LLC

Bridge Development Partners, LLC obtained approval by the Planning Commission for Development Plan Approval Case Nos. 902-904. Development Plan Approval Case No. 902 allows the construction of a concrete tilt-up building at approximately 82,362 square feet (Building 1).  Development Plan Case No. 903 grants the construction of a concrete tilt-up building at approximately 75,331 square feet (Building 2).  Development Plan Approval Case No. 904 admits the construction of a concrete tilt-up building at approximately 74,038 square feet (Building 3).  The 9.68-acre site is located at 13101 & 13123 Rosecrans Avenue and within the BP, Buffer Parking, M-1, Light Manufacturing, & M-2, Heavy Manufacturing, Zones.




CRW Leasing Co. Inc.

CRW Leasing Co. Inc. obtained approval by The Planning Commission for Development Plan Approval Case No. 892.  The approval grants CRW Leasing Co. Inc. to develop a new 63,500 square foot concrete tilt-up industrial building on 2.92-acre site, which is located at 12140 Altamar Place. The property is also located within the M-2, Heavy Manufacturing, Zone.  CRW Leasing Co. Inc. is an equipment rental and leasing company.




Cambridge Springs, LLC

Cambridge Springs, LLC is a company specializing in construction materials and equipment.  The Planning Commission has granted approval for Development Plan Approval Case No. 893 to allow for a demolition of an existing 132,808 square foot building and construct a new industrial building at 185,060 square feet.  The site is approximately 9.68 acres and
located at 13341 Cambridge Street.  In addition, the site is located within the M-2, Heavy Manufacturing, Zone.




Xebec Realty Partners

Xebec Realty Partners gained approval of Development Plan Approval Case No. 894 to construct a 58,396 square foot warehouse on a 3.01-acre site.  The warehouse will be located at 11904 Washington Boulevard.  The project will consist of 50,164 square feet of warehousing and 8,232 square feet of office spacing with 4,000 square feet of mezzanine.  Also, 13,425 square feet will be dedicated to landscaping.  Other details include, 8 truck loading docks and 93 parking spaces.   Xebec Realty Partners is an industrial real estate development and investment firm, specializing in top-tier logistics markets in the western United States.




Goodman Birtcher

Goodman Birtcher is an international integrated commercial and industrial property company that owns, develops, and manages logistics, warehouse, distribution, business space.  The Planning Commission approved Development Plan Approval Case Nos. 887-889.  Development Plan Approval Case No. 887 allows the construction of a concrete tilt-up building at approximately 404,000 square feet (Building 1).  Development Plan Case No. 888 grants the construction of a concrete tilt-up building at approximately 506,000 square feet (Building 2).  Development Plan Approval Case No. 889 admits the construction of a concrete tilt-up building at approximately 300,000 square feet (Building 3).  The 54-acre site is located at 12345 Lakeland Road and within the M-2, Heavy Manufacturing, Zone and also within the Consolidated Redevelopment Project Area.
