SFS Art Fest 2018

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Santa Fe Springs’ Art Fest 2018! Vendor opportunities are available for a wide variety of goods, including:

        • Pop up art galleries & artisan vendors
        • High quality crafters
        • Jewelers
        • Multi-media groups
        • Food vendors and food trucks
        • Non-profit organizations associated with the arts
        • For-profit organizations*
*For-profit organizations wishing to obtain booth space may be required to sponsor an artist or sponsor the event.

The fee for each booth is $200.00. Electricity is available for an additional $25.00. Fees can be paid by check, money order, Mastercard, or Visa. Checks and money orders should be made payable to “City of Santa Fe Springs”.
Your booth includes:

        • 10 x 10 professional grade white event tent with back & side walls (screened front with serving windows will be provided to food vendors)
        • 2 folding chairs
        • 1 light

Please note that a single electrical outlet is available for an additional $25, but the number of outlets available is limited. Vendors must use the tent provided and may not bring their own canopy.

Food Vendors

Food vendors will be required to obtain the appropriate permits from the Los Angeles County Health Department and pay any applicable fees. Food vendors are also required to provide their own handwashing station for employees that meets LA County Health Regulations.
